"As a self-proclaimed 'fierce advocate' of gay equality, President Obama would do well to distance himself from this nonsense and denounce it immediately."

Why don't you apologize for aligning yourself with a party that is a fierce enemy of gay equality first.  Then we'll talk.

I am so much more than a sex crazed lecher.

I drink and do drugs, too!

What men without underwear may look like. NSFW

Don't know if they're gay or not. I didn't ask.

So Obama has to denouce this for some reason, but they're not demanding an apology from Bobby Jindal for his idiotic comments defending the duck dynasty guy?

Log cabin republicans are such a strange group.  They're like if a black guy joined the KKK and then criticized Obama for not doing enough for the black community.  Makes no sense.

Seriously.  It's one thing to be gay but to believe in "fiscal conservativism" or other such nonsense.  I guess I'd go Independent or Libertarian or something.  But being in the GOP?  No thanks.

If these gays think they can change the GOP from the inside they're either fooling themselves, or have superhuman patience.

This Log Cabin faux outrage is either:

 - a cry for relevance
 - an attempt to appeal to the party that hates them
 - marching orders from the GOP command ("well at least make your gay selves useful")

Only if you think the republican party is that group of evil white guys from the Simpsons.  No, not ironically, or as a humorous stereotype, but ACTUALLY like that group of evil white guys from the Simpsons.  That would make you a political moron...but this IS Fark after all.

At least they aren't saying the Green Party candidate should be lynched and then dragged dead behind a truck for daring to run against Democrats like Dan Savage did.

Seriously, fark that asshole.

FTA: This ad is also an example of the left promoting harmful stereotypes that gay men are nothing more than sex-crazed lechers

Right, because there's no reason to bring up sex when you're talking about sexuality.

I mean, seeing as Obama was in no way related to this, I don't know why he would have to "distance" himself from it. An organization for the LGBT community created a video to promote something they think people should know about and this is Obama's problem how?

Oh my GAWD lighten the fark up already.

Seriously.  I mean it.  2014, right around the corner.

People are jobless, hungry, wars are being fought, innocents are being killed, gun violence, disease, famine...

And this asshat wants to go off on dudes wearing underwear to promote signing up for health insurance.

Priorities.

Sigh.

/Can I give up on humanity yet?
//I really really am tempted to as of late...

So the men in underwear ad was only appealing to gay men? So in other words -everyone is gay or secretly gay?

Barry Lyndon's Annuity Cheque: "At a time when left-wing propagandists are decrying 'Duck Dynasty''s Phil Robertson for equating homosexuality with promiscuity and deviance, Out2Enroll and others should take a look in the mirror and ask if the truth is that they are the ones responsible for promoting such harmful stereotypes."

But it would be racist to point out that Phil Robertson also said the negroes were happier when they were segregated.
