Arkanaut: pedobearapproved: Do buzzfeed writers get paid.

Because I could totally do that job. My first article "top 10 results from a GIS of the term 'yoga pants gif'"

From what I hear, probably better than you or I do, and with better benefits.

And they don't steal from GIS -- most often it's from reddit.  This is a documented fact.

So Buzzfeed steals from Reddit, pays Fark to have their articles greenlit, people pay Fark to read articles, clicking on them gives ad money to Buzzfeed (among others, of course)...

How do I get in on this again? Other than being one of the people on Reddit that provides free content to leaches.

ZeroCorpse: Gods, XKCD sucks.

I really don't understand why people like this crap-on-a-cracker comic strip.

TotalFark pays you money for other people's work? So Mr. Madoff, tell me how that works again.

While I vehemently disagree with you on the quality of XKCD, I'm not sure if they actually deserve links. At this point, it's essentially a free submission to- no matter how great it is- a comic or, at most, a blag.

I'm trying to figure out if that site is for real, or a parody of the various XKCD explanation sites set up by fans of the comic. Poe's Law is strong with this one.
