csb, a friend of mine has tickets to see that show, in that theatre, next week. He's torn between being pissed that he's planned a trip to London for nothing and relieved that the roof didn't wait for another three days to collapse.

Reminds me of how after Flint was forced to buy Genesee Tower, they kept saying it was safe.  Never mind the city was forced to buy the building by court order because they condemned it after allowing it to be sold, and it was surrounded by barriers to keep pedestrians from being hit by falling debris.

/ it is scheduled to come down in two days.
