Unless he caught them both at the same time, I'm not impressed....

Many years ago when I was much younger and in better shape, some friends and I were having a bonfire on the beach in Waveland, Mississippi one evening.  We were just standing around shooting the shiat right after sunset when we heard a loud crash and splash.  I turned around and saw an upside-down VW beetle lying in about three or four feet of water.  Obviously it had driven off the beach road over the seawall and flipped. We all ran over to it and wrestled a door open. I poked my head in and a pair of arms shoved a baby at me. I grabbed the baby, turned to hand him to my bro who was right behind me, turned back to see ANOTHER baby being shoved at me.  I relayed that one as well, then helped the mother out of the car.  Turned out she had just gotten off work at her day job, picked the kids up from daycare and was driving them to another caretaker before she went to her evening job at the casino.  She had fallen asleep at the wheel (no surprise) and driven over the seawall.  Fortunately only bumps and bruises.  We waited until the cops and ambulance got there, then went back to the bonfire, but the mood was kind of spoiled and we went home.

They caught baby geese?  Why were these geese kept in a building? I don't understand

If it were not for gravity, the babies would have floated away, and possibly into the fire. Gravity is just as much of a hero as this guy.

And then?

Seriously, what happened to the father? Why wasn't this even mentioned? Did the father die in the blaze? What a terrible job of reporting such an important fact...

So you were hanging out at a beach bonfire with a chick who obviously puts out and you went home? For shame.

What else is he satisfied with, subby, other than catching one baby?
