Sounds like he got rid of some jackasses and replaced them with some moonbeams.

I prefer this configuration, but I can see how many would prefer being led by jackasses.

Somewhere in Wyoming or so, there's a heavily armed sovereign/militia/"patriot" group that needs a mavericky spiritual/judgemental leader. So long as they don't use red birds for target practice, the exCardinal will be fine. He may have to give up the skirt and embroidery and jewelry, but he'll be fine.
