Isn't Santa an illegal immigrant too?

This trial is a travesty. It's a travesty of a mockery of a sham of a mockery of a travesty of two mockeries of a sham.

Since the United States Government declares this man to be Santa Claus, this court will not dispute it. Case dismissed.

/Love that movie

Add George Zimmerman and "stand your ground" and this story actually could have a happy ending...

The fact that Santa hasn't yet been riddled with bullets by the NYPD makes me think that Megyn Kelly must be right about Santa being white.

The Stealth Hippopotamus: Isn't Santa an illegal immigrant too?

And a total peeping Tom. I don't trust anyone who spends his time spying on little children. He is obviously a kiddie molester.

Householder admits to having hung stockings by the chimney "with care" - i.e. as a deliberate act.  As defendant is known to possess mystical powers of vision, the presence of said stockings was known to him prior to ingress.  Their presence constitutes a clear invitation to enter, or at the very least an attractive nuisance.  Summary judgement for the defendant.

SANTA has NORAD's backing, and the USPS recognizes Santa. So, this is moot.

Burglary possibly?  Entering a secure dwelling at night with intent to take any cookies and milk contained therein.

Although, possibly the cookies and milk could be considered an attractive nuisance and their presence could be used to show that Santa was an invitee.

Let me see. We leave a plate of cookies and a glass of milk and a note saying for Santa. Many also leave a couple of carrots for the reindeer. Case dismissed, Santa was invited. And it's "get off my grass" not "get off my roof."

Nuts.  I can't seem to find the Bloom County/Outland strip where Opus and Ronald-Ann kick Santa out for being white, male, employing slave labor, and smoking...

Wouldn't he be an invitee, with regard to private property law? He's certainly there for the premises owner's benefit.

I rtfa. Sounds like a cool trial they have set up. I'd love to sit in the audience for this one.

So Mr. Claus. You've been receiving correspondence from a minor, you came to their house in the middle of the night and you even brought the "presents" that the child requested.

Bf+: No way-- FoxNews tells me he's white.

Didn't the story of Santa originate in Europe? As such, isn't it fair to think that the original depiction was of a white man? Why is it bad to stay with that concept?

Jesus on the otherhand was middle eastern.

Nope.  Jesus is Mexican.  The jesus myth is middle eastern.

Creepy old man sneaking into children's bedrooms? Not thats not suspicious at all.

I initially misread the headline as a mock trial for "The Nightmare Before Christmas."   That sounded a  lot more fun.

The case will be dismissed.

Santa Claus was never there, as anyone who read the poem would know.

The true culprit was a jolly old elf by name of Saint Nicholas.
