A competent NBA franchise would have fired Mike Woodson after he failed to use any of his three timeouts at the end.

All right, forgive me, because I only pay attention to division leaders (like the almighty 12-14 Celtics), but what the hell happened with Iman Shumpert? 6.6 ppg?? Wasn't he supposed to be the man this year?

I bet if you take away Melo he blows up much more than Ty Lawson did.

They're shopping him, if the reports are to be believed. Any continued hype might be to inflate his value.

Maybe they didn't use a timeout because they are trying to tank.

Bargnani defence = lol

When the hell did Jerry Jones buy an NBA franchise?

The Knicks are worried the Wizards would then hire him.

He was supposed to be in the package for Kyle Lowry from the Raptors but apparently Dolan vetoed the trade because he was afraid of getting fleeced by Masai Ujiri again. He'd be right but still was hilarious.

I didn't read the entire piece, but I skimmed a prior Deadspin post about that and apparently they were shopping Shumpert around while inflating his value by saying, literally, "we aren't utilizing him properly, so don't pay attention to his stats thus far".

There are so many levels and varieties of FACEPALM in that, if true.

Knicks fans could only wish Jones would buy the franchise.

For all of his failtasticness, at least Jerrah has a couple of championships under his belt.

One of the comments indicates that the Knicks still had a foul to give, as well, so there was no reason for the wide-open drive to the basket.

Sheesh. The Sixers have just as bad of a record, but at least they're just overmatched right now, and Brett Brown  may end up being a really good coach. The Knicks are just incompetent.

God help us, we're likely going to be the 4-seed this year. Despite being one of the least talented teams in the league. Really a testament to Brad Stevens being an excellent coach.

There are only 3 teams in the eastern conference with a record above .500.  WHAT THE ACTUAL fark.

Time to call it quits NBA.

Thanks for taking Bargnani off our hands, Knicks!

Imagine if he had the Knick's roster. I'm pumped to see Rondo return soon.

They gave their pick to the Nuggets and the Hawks have the right to swap picks.  So them being a complete clusterfark doesn't benefit them or my Nuggets.

The Knicks roster is shiat which is why they are terrible.  They're just a bunch of over priced Nuggets castoffs.
