Yeah that's funny but wtf is the picture? Who would even want that on their wall? A scraggly bunch of tents in some mess? Even if buying it from Wal Mart wasn't bad enough, the picture itself is just completely devoid of any merit. Who would want such a thing?

That's the kind of OWS poster you'd expect to see in the lobby of a bank on Wall Street.

I don't think Wall Street banks are shopping for artwork for their lobbies on Wal*Mart's website.

Well if you buy one in store it is in the archery and firearm department, so there is that.

There's always someone who wants to cash in on your idealism, while not having an iota of concern for those ideals.  And there's always enough suckers who view your ideals as a social brand name to make them more appealing to others.

I get far more angry at the latter group than the former, though they're both hypocrites.

The right wing fringe took over their party.

The left wing fringe took over some parks. Until they were kicked out.

If I want to see a bunch of trash under some trees, I'll just head down the road to the trailer park.

90 percent of the 99 percent shop at Walmart, so what's the big deal?

"He gazed up at the enormous face. Forty years it had taken him to learn what kind of smile was hidden beneath the dark moustache. O cruel, needless misunderstanding! O stubborn, self-willed exile from the loving breast! Two gin-scented tears trickled down the sides of his nose. But it was all right, everything was all right, the struggle was finished. He had won the victory over himself. He loved Big Brother."

Once again, this is the Walmart Marketplace. Walmart really isn't selling the item. This is basically like the Banksy (sp?) thing a few weeks ago.

well, a good portion of the 99% does shop at Walmart, so kinda makes sense.

/I want to start a new site like People of Walmart, but it will be "People at a McDonald's in a Walmart"

Well it's about goddamned time! Finally I can have a super-nice framed picture of some trashy tents, occupied by smelly hipsters to put on my wall. You have no idea how long I have been waiting...

Hipster has always meant that "people I don't like." Especially with regard to modern counterculture. They're modern hippies.

I wouldn't say they hated "for no reason," though.

One can appreciate the fact that it is marketplace seller and still appreciate the irony of it being available at walmart.com.

I would have expected Hot Topic before Walmart.

They would probably sell more if they said it was from Woodstock. The amount of tents and filth look about the same

No surprise.  Ever since Soros took over Walmart, it's been funding Obamacare, the Center for American Progress and other far-left initiatives.  In return they get a free pass to union-bust.
