A teenager who had a child makes poor decisions?

You don't say!

For a Teen Mom the only Constitutionally-protected speech is taking a dick in the ass.

Which is why their 4th of July float was so controversial and memorable.

This definitely falls under the category of defending those who I don't give a shiat about, but how is getting arrested for cursing, especially in your own house, not a 1st Amendment violation?

There has to be to the story than this. She gets arrested for disturbing the peace in her own house yet the boyfriend essentially broke in,I mean if we're arresting people for swearing in their own house I don't think arresting people from breaking into their own house is much of a stretch, has nothing happen to him.

Jenelle!
In her moms voice.

Did it go something like "NO, YOU CAN'T FARKING PEE IN MY BUTT UNTIL THE SEX TAPE!!!!"?

She didn't chill out after the cops told her to so they hauled her trashy ass into the pokey for an hour for "breach of the peace" not cussing.

Presumably to send her a message that they don't really enjoy responding to calls when their loud fights wake the neighborhood up.

Doubt it'll stick.

She's not very bright, obviously, has lousy judgement in BFs and some serious self control issues as well so I'm guessing she'll be back in the news for similar shiat sooner rather than later.

"Cuss words"? What's the matter, your mother won't let you say "crap"?

Sounds like a routine domestic disturbance call.  Yeah, your neighbors can have your ass hauled away for screaming at your partner too loudly, even if he did sleep with both mailmen and the ice cream guy from the mall.

Me and all

"Teen Mom cautionary tale incarnate" would be more correct.

Anyone else miss the days we called people like this white trash and ignored them, or at most used them as an example for what our kids shouldn't be, instead of plastering their cracker asses on TV and referring to them as stars.
Really, stars need talents other then being too stupid to use birth control and dropping a litter when they're in high school.

She's a real train wreck. There are times when I genuinely feel sorry for her and the situation she's in - which is usually of her own doing - but some incredibly poor choices on a consistent basis and a complete lack of awareness of what's required as a mother ensures she stays in the news.

We all are....we all are.

I think it can be argued that the headline is sort the thing on Fark.  Of course, in this case even the headline contradicts the idea posited the post in question.

She got arrested because police are trained (so I've heard) that a person cursing uncontrollably after being told to stop by a law enforcement officer is in fact out of control and could soon commit violent acts.

Sounds like the cops stopped some violence from going down. Good.

My friends ex GF got arrested for something like this years ago. We were out she got into it with my friend, he was calm trying to calm her down. The cops showed up and she still wouldnt calm the fark down, so they arrested her for disturbing the peace. The people in the bar cheered and clapped when the cops dragged her off kicking and screaming.

Yep.  You ask them nicely 2, maybe 3 times, to stop swearing.  If they don't, BAM, face on the hood with hands cuffed.

Do you have to deal with people like her, or was that snark? ;) (in case you're wondering I'm not copping an attitude..heh)  Honestly, cutting the swearing when a cops asks is a capital idea.

I used to.  I was a beat cop for 6 years in a college town.  Good times!

One of my Facebook friends tried to wharrgarbl about this somehow being 1st Amendment related, but I'm pretty sure that defense goes out the window when you're shouting expletives while the police are there to check up on a domestic abuse call involving you.
