I believe in you Forster. Give Barca hell!

An early goal by Arsenal would be very nice.

Those empty seats in the lower deck have to be empty for a reason. I'm damn sure the Napoli/Arsenal game is a sellout.

I'd like to see the Gunners score early and control the match. Same for Ajax.

Did anyone ever think that would be something people would predict in 2013?

2013-12-11 02:48:59 PM
BTW, by my understanding of tiebreakers, if group F does end up 12/12/12/0, I think this is the situation:

-Dortmund would advance with GD+1
-Arsenal would advance if Napoli wins by 1 or 2 (current GD+2)
-Napoli would advance if they win by 3 or more (current GD-3)

It's amazing isn't it? Much credit should be given to Wenger for seeing what nobody else did

Hey, we lost Mandela and Paul Walker after his brace against Cardiff. I don't know if we can handle any more.

All he really did was get Ozil who everyone knew would do well. Ramsey has picked up his game but everyone else is playing like they did in early 2013.

So that's why he's been racking up goals? The more he scores, the higher the charge...

Who could he be going for next?

Does Atletico Madrid count as "under the radar" still? They are destroying that group and I certainly wouldn't want to face them in the knockouts.

I missed the replay. Looks like the Dortmund players were too baffled by Weidenfeller's mistake to protest a blatant offside.

Why would you dive in a game that is essentially meaningless to you?  I understand wanting to go out there and win for pride, but why dive?

God, those Napoli players are swarming everywhere.

No kidding. And talk that Szcz is the best GK in the EPL right now? It's farking insane.

So much for glory. Well, there's still the league, the Scottish Cup and hopefully building a stronger team for next year. Some brilliant play from Barcelona tonight.

I'm just happy that Dortmund has found 11 players among their injured who can still sort of walk .
Granted, one of their central defenders is an 18 years-old who hasn't even played a minute in the Bundesliga yet, but 11 players is 11 players. ;-)

The best thing Celtic could possibly do for the league is to lose it to someone other than Rangers. I guarantee you the attendance figures leaguewide will spike once the rest of the league has some sort of proof that they're not engaging in some useless Sisyphean task that they might as well forget about.

What happened to Dundee United and Hearts? Granted, I last saw them damn near a decade ago, but they still threatened.
