It probably would have been pretty bad, considering he was 5 years old when it debuted.

The soundtrack would go "La la la la la la la la" and Johnny Depp would play The Doctor.

Doctor Who

Starring Johnny Depp

And Helena Bonham Carter as his faithful companion!

Rev. Skarekroe: The soundtrack would go "La la la la la la la la" and Johnny Depp would play The Doctor.

And there would be random musical numbers.

He would have done a parody of a parody so as to double negativy it to nothing but straight drama starring nothing but Winona Ryder, Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter as escaped mental patients hiding in a phone box, and their "adventures" naught but their fevered fantasies discussed in low tones before being dragged back to their eventual lombotomies?

2013-12-10 03:27:16 PM
It would make even less sense than it does now?

1%. The web is 97% porn, 1% inane social media posts by self-absorbed people, 1% slideshows with clickbait headlines, and 1% that stuff.

Except for the one time he regenerates into Helena Bonham Carter, who has Johnny Depp as her companion.

18%.
The remainder:
13% aggregates of other content, like Fark
55% pornography
11% amusing animals (cats)
3% amusing animals (not cats)

The porn percentage is much too low, but I should have thought of the amusing animals on my list.

Now I am wondering what Danny Elfman's Lydian ♭7 scale version of the theme would sound like.

I still wouldn't watch.

I'm going to pester you about a show you don't watch every time I see you, since that's apparently how Dr. Who fans spread the word.

That's the main reason I don't watch Game of Thrones. I am bloody sick of it, and I have only seen the first episode.

I should have chosen a Burton/Elfman one though, eh? Sorry, multitasking and distracted.

That was a huge waste of everyone's time, except for this one:

The picture of Tom Baker's Doctor reminds me of the sort of manic humor in Tim Burton's work, which I loved when I was a kid (think the Joker or Beetlejuice) and which disappeared some time around Sleepy Hollow.
