A School District RE-1 official says the repeat offenses meet the school policy definition of sexual harassment and they hope the tough standards will force the boy to change his behavior

Maybe they can turn him into a serial killer instead.

I don't think it was the kiss as much as it was the Hot Karl he tried to administer.

The boy's mother tells KRDO-TV her son was suspended once before for kissing the girl and had disciplinary problems, but the girl did not object to being kissed.

Well it's nice to have an unbiased source on the matter.

It's probably a good idea to keep this young man out of school for a few days. He is likely riddled with cooties.

Let's be realistic here. I predict that within the next 10 years or so he will be moving up to groping some 15 or 16 yr. old girls sweater puppies. And just how horrific would that be.

Should the school not have done that? Are people seriously going to argue that? What were they supposed to do, just let them f*ck right there on school grounds?

It's this kind of crap that makes a mockery of the whole sex offender thing.

Sometimes kids are just kids. You stop and tell them what they're doing is inappropriate and move on. You don't make a crime out of it.

Jeez if some people had their way most of the population would be in jail for one thing or another.

Jeez I just feel bad for kids today, can't even ride a pedal car without 14 pieces of protective gear. My father let me cut grass on a 52inch deck lawnmower when I was 7 or 8, let alone go off in the woods with a Knife and thats it. I guess he figured I'd either get eaten by a bear or get lost and not come home, somehow I always managed to find my way home.

Actually, thinking on it, it's kinda how we've always been, from the Salem witches to Joe McCarthy.

We like our rules, and hate the ones that caught up by them.

Just world and all that.

This is why we need to seperate classes for boys and girls, for asians, blacks, whites, indians, for jews, christians, muslims, atheists, and pagans, for poor, middle class, and rich students. Seperate, but equal.

I was watching this episode of Little House on the Prairie and this little boy about five or six kisses this little girl and it's adorable.

When did an elementary school smooch become sexual harassment? I'm so glad I don't have any children in school. I think my daughter graduated just before the zero tolerance derp became too much.

2013-12-10 02:18:51 PM
I'm guessing there's more to this than reported, his mom is probably some kind of interfering drama queen or maybe his older brother pranked the school when he was there years ago, or maybe the teacher that reported it had a crush on the girl, or maybe nothing happened and a news website just generated a story out of nonsensical and unrelated concepts.

2013-12-10 02:19:20 PM
School has no kissing policy, kid breaks rules.  What's the problem?  And, I can't believe Farkers are falling for the whole "permanent record" bit, hilarious.

My son in kindergarten got in trouble for looking up a girl's skirt and telling her he could see her underwear.

They were on the ladder for the slide, and he was trying to be helpful.

The girl couldn't care less.  The teacher had a conniption.

I think it's a result of people "doing something" about a problem that is difficult to actually do something about. It's the same as the common approach to the drunk driving problem of lowering the legal limit, or the attempt to reduce violence by banning certain types of guns.

Well he's on his way to being villified and confused about innocent displays of affection and given a tag that will brand him forever. Serial killer or sexual deviant for sure, with some arsonist tendencies.

Bicycle helmets were for dorks in my day now the local cops pull kids over and call CPS if the kids aren't wearing one. I am only partially kidding but bubble wrapping your kids is not the answer, allow them to get sick, bruises and be kids.

The people who make these rules must have some really ugly skeletons in their closets that they don't want to see repeated.  "OMG, when I was six I kissed a girl on the cheek.  That must have lead to the peanut butter thing with the dog which must have lead to the warm dead racoons I farked all that one summer which lead to the way I can't bang my wife unless I'm blindfolded and she's covered in wolf piss.  Stop this kid now!!1!111!!!!!."

That's about the same age that the girl next door showed me hers.

I would have showed her mine, but it was doing weird stiff. I mean, stuff.

Dang.. if he got suspended for what he did to girls when he was 6, I can't imagine what would've happened to me if I did today what I was up to when I was 6...

/I try not to provide details... parents don't want to hear those sorts of things about their kids.
