I'll be OK with anyone being able to drive over 40 gets an A and those who cannot get an F.

It's pretty easy to tell which vehicles are for older drivers. They are beige and have fake fabric roofs.

My parents have each totaled a car with their minivan (one was an S Class Mercedes).  Somehow it is still repairable.

I wish they'd move somewhere with decent public transportation.

Or we could...you know...institute biannual driving tests for drivers over 70, and annual for those over 80.

"On a scale between 0 and 10, how likely is this driver...

1.) Going to confuse the gas and brake pedals?
2.) Inexplicably home in on the nearest farmer's market at high speed?
3.) Expire before getting the key into the ignition?
4.) Remain in the passing lane on the highway at forty two miles per hour, with both left blinker and parking brake on?
5.) Park the vehicle in the front lobby of the retirement community?
6.) Have guardrail abrasions on both sides of the vehicle?"

we should also encourage some other groups to drive specific types of vehicles.  for example:
the "cheetos orange" rating would put the obese in flat bead trucks, and "mountain dew neon" would put 18-25 year old in 3 wheel cars from the old eastern bloc.

Yep. Sounds like a good idea. I'm 68 (hate that decade stuff - it tend to exaggerate one's age).

That South Park "Grey Dawn" episode with everyone hiding in their homes from the old drivers was the funniest one I ever saw.
