Where's the part where he claims ownership of Fark.com and demands all the past unpaid TF monies from Drew?

2013-12-05 12:10:12 PM
He actually cites the UCC in response to a criminal indictment.  Hilarious.

Nuttier than squirrel crap.

I love the way they claim the courts are illegal, have no jurisdiction, they're not citizens etc but the moment something happens they, like this giy, said "Please alert DHS, the governor of Ohio, the secretary of state" etc. How can they help you if their system is illegal, has no jurisdiction etc?

I think it really comes down to stupid people are afraid of admitting there are things they do not understand, and the workings of law etc are very hard to fully understand. So they make up this fairy tale, which they can understand, and claim it's the truth. This now allows them to claim that only they are clever enough to know the truth and the rest of us are the stupid ones for not seeing it.

In a former job I supported the processing of liens, levies, and garnishments, including tax liens and child support liens.  This guy is pretty tame compared to a lot of his "sovereign citizen" bretheren.  I recall several matters where law enforcement had to suit up before going out to serve papers on them.  They also have a nasty habit of filing a lawsuit against everyone whose name appears on the documents.  Every.  Single.  Person.

Did a squirrel take a dump on this document, 'cuz something is nutty...

I made it perhaps 1/3 of the way through that scrawled missive, and my brain started to hemorrhage.

That is sad on some level....poor guy, being all on his own in the world and being that stupid.

I still can't figure out why the cops say that breaking into someone's house changing the locks and selling everything inside is a civil matter. He should have been thrown in jail for the next 50 years by now

Taking care of these ass-holes should be a 3 step process.
step1 kick in door.
step 2 shoot the bastard in your house.
step 3 call cops to come pick up the body.

Two counts of tresspassing. That's how I read it but it's been steeped in legal mumbo jumbo so it's a bit hard to read.

Also, what's the problem with PDFs?

I think that's the case for far more than just the "sovereign citizens".  It also explains the Tea Party, the anti-vaxxers, and the Libertarians, to name just a few.

It's civil because the house is no longer owned by an actual person (they do this crap to foreclosed houses) , now its owned by a bank and takes it into another bracket.

One of these sovereign citizen nutters took adverse possession of half a dozen multi-million dollar houses around Raleigh last year; he found houses that had been foreclosed on by banks and were in the banks' possession (but not up for sale at the time) and filed for a deed transfer in the records office. He got caught when he slipped up and tried to claim a house that someone was actually buying; when his realtor tried to get inside, the locks had been changed.  The realtor made some phone calls and then got in touch with a local TV news station, who caught up with the gentleman at one of the foreclosed houses. He tried to argue that he was just putting abandoned houses to good use by 'possessing' them and then renting them out, rather than having them become run down and ruin the neighborhood.

A few weeks later his butt was in jail for fraud and a number of other charges related to those houses. AFAIK he's still there.

Let him out, shoot him in both kneecaps and in both shoulders, then tell him he's gonna need to pay up front for the hospital, as a non-citizen, and the police aren't gonna investigate, as they have no authority over international crimes.

If I remember correctly, a quit claim is a document that one can file to remove themselves from joint ownership of a property.  It's typically filed during a divorce or separation, when one of the owners moves out and has no intention of returning.

Because the deed is "legally" in the intruder's name.
The cops aren't going to get in the middle of a legal debate over a piece of paper.
The fault here is the courts who allow this nonsense.

Sort of like how the Tea Partiers claim to understand the Constitution.

But that's not what happened with this one, the family was out of town for a few weeks when a relative got sick, then got back to find this nutjob changed the locks and sold everything in the house, it was fully owned by the family and did not have a loan on the house.

Of course I mean that the PDFs are the original source material. Usually we get some halfwit's interpretation and we spend half the comments section explaining why some blogger is an idiot who can't read.

Possibly they're on their phones.  Seems a small sacrifice to get an actual primary source, though.
