Most painful to the parents, however, was that their daughter was left wondering for so long whether that boy might try to make good on his threat.


I sincerely doubt a 13-year-old boy knows how to make chili. It's pretty complicated, actually. That's why those cook-offs are so competitive.

Pretty sure he just saw that episode of South Park and was trying to be edgy.
