oh_please: When I read TFA, I thought it was a goof, but with the amount of tourists coming in, holy shiat, it makes sense.

Not only that I could see artists doing this all over the world, if the rolling stones/the who/oasis would do a concert every month at O2 arena the people would show up every month and the artists have an advantage in that they can have the fans come to them instead of having to travel all over the world. shiat think about it, seeing your favorite artist in an exotic location or their hometown, no matter how much people mock bands like chicago would sell out months of dates in their home city, people would be like "we can see Chicago, IN Chicago?"

Its actually farking brilliant.
