I bet it could use a screwdriver as a pick-me-up.

So... did anyone else see the picture of the crane lifting the helicopter, and read the bottom of the crane company's name as "OUCH?"  (it's OUGH, but... it looks more fitting at first glance)

This incident is hitting home for me much more than usual. The Clutha was my regular haunt for over 10 years up til a few years back. Lots of good times and great memories. I knew at least 1 of the victims, possibly two.

I just can't get my head around the randomness of this.

I know this is Fark and all, so I'm not having a go at anyone for being flippant at all, In fact, its kind of Fark's way of leaving a tribute. Go for it, Farkers!!

I was going to ask what the two Constables were doing in the pub, but it appears they were in the helicopter.  It's odd (at least in the US) it's not described as a police helicopter, unless it was a private craft the just happened to have cops in it.

It was a police helicopter, but it was piloted by a civilian who was most likely employed by the police (although not himself a policeman).

When you misspell Cthulhu, and then have the unmitigated gall to get pissed in it, it's only a matter of time.

That helicopter looks much more hungover than drunk.

Oh. They got decapitated. Sucks for whoever had to clean that up.

According to how MADD does their accounting, sadly yes.
