Fark no. One of the reasons I love Thanksgiving is I get a bunch of turkey sandwiches afterward. A little butter, some salt and pepper... OM-NOM-NOM.

Try adding mashed potatoes, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. Makes for a weird sandwich, but the mashed potatoes help to hold the scraps of turkey together.

I finished the leftover meat today and plan not to look at turkey for the next 361 days.

They skip the mashed potatoes, but Capriotti's does a turkey, stuffing, and cranberries sandwich year round.  Pretty tasty.

Getting sick of turkey sandwiches is an absolute impossibility for me, it has to be actual turkey breast though, not that crap they make lunch meat out of.

There's also turkey enchiladas and turkey tamales. Especially good with mole poblano and cotija.

I make Tofurky (blasphemy, I know) sandwiches with gravy  I save some slices of stuffing bread for the bread.  Same idea, pretty delicious.

It's called a turkey salad sandwich, surprised that isn't the norm at most convenience stores. How hard is it to sub chicken/tuna with Turkey?

Forgot to add this little quote:

"The heavenly aroma still hung in the house. But it was gone, all gone! No turkey! No turkey sandwiches! No turkey salad! No turkey gravy! Turkey Hash! Turkey a la King! Or gallons of turkey soup! Gone, ALL GONE!"
