keylock71: College football... *shrug* Who gives a fark?

Ha, people who like real football. The NFL couldn't have matched the excitement of the Alabama-Auburn game last night in 10 seasons.

Not sure I think of my country these days when tens of millions will actively work to keep health care away from those who need it.

Our city on a lump don't shine much these days.

Who cares, what's important is that we all enjoy the fact Alabama lost.

Confabulat: And if you really DO care about an NFL team, that's sort of sad. It's like rooting for Wal-Mart.

SEC fan with no viable NFL team nearby typing detected.

You serious, Clark?

Very serious. The NFL is dull and boring. There is no passion there, just a bunch of rich guys collecting a paycheck from whatever team signed them this year. The only people who care are gamblers.

Chummer45: Snapper Carr: Confabulat: Republican humor is terrible to witness, but no need to think they're really THAT dumb.

It's hard to give them the benefit of the doubt

Holy santa claus shiat.  I guess when you get to "look at Obama sitting over there eating crackers" stage of derangement, you're willing to believe pretty much anything, so long as it fits in with your hatred of our moderate-to-centrist, business friendly president.

Some of my relatives believe Obama is responsible for the terrible Hurricane Katrina response.  They also blame Obama for the invasion of Iraq; not the fact that we didn't get out quickly enough, but the fact we were there in the first place.  Of course, when you respond with "Please tell me how a man that was sworn in as a junior senator in Jan 2005 is responsible for congress authorizing, and the President signing off on, the declaration of war and subsequent invasion that began in January 2003.  Last time we spoke you were screeching about how Obama was nothing but a community organizing empty suit that had no relevant political experience before Soros stole him the election in 2008." They say they don't want to talk politics, even though they just brought it up out of nowhere.  Apparently they don't like biatches who eat crackers.

I mean, look at SportsCenter today vs. College Gameday yesterday. It's like everything gets dialed down and boring on Sunday.
