To be fair, Oklahoma has better fan support than Seattle, which never seems to care about its sports teams.

They care, but the Hipster Code doesn't allow them to show it non-ironically.

The people of Seattle couldn't like the team until they were gone, that's the whole point of being hipsters.

They like an indie basketball team that only plays on an abandoned concrete court in South Tacoma.  You've probably never heard of them.

Uh oh. Did the fan have express written consent from the NBA? Naughty, naughty.

Also, I haven't been to an NBA game in a long time, but do they always let the music keep playing during the game like that? I would think they would fade the music out after the inbound. Kind of annoying.

I like the fans giving the arena staff high fives. Everybody happy time!

Warriors/Thunder is must-watch NBA basketball. Two of the best games of the season have been in their matchups, both of which ended with last-second shots and a home split of one-point victories.

Great crowd control.

Congratulations on having courtside seats and waste your time watching the game through your phone.

Those were some pretty cool looking guys down there, what with the fake tans and cool tattoos.

I'm a Warriors fan, but goddamn, even I cheered that shot.

At 11 seconds you can see the camera that filmed the fan video.

Actually, the NBA is pretty cool about fans posting highlights to YouTube. The recognize that fan participation and easy access to highlights can only serve to grow the popularity of the product. Pretty much every big shot from the past 20 years is on there and a lot of other things besides that. The other sports could learn a lesson.

About the only thing they'll ask to take down are videos of Ron Artest going into the stands to punch people.

Yes. And it is incredibly annoying. Even when I'm offered free tickets I don't go mainly for that reason. I loved the *squeak squeak* of their shoes back in the good ol days.

I hope that's not the only reason you don't go to games. If so, that's the lamest reason to refuse free tickets I've ever heard. The arena plays music when you don't want them to? What a big grumpy baby.

I assume it's fake because no one could enjoy the squeaking of shoes. Blech.

One time back in '53, my dad took me to a basketball game and all you could hear was the squeaking of the shoes. No music, no announcer, just squeaks. Even the crowd sat quietly so everyone could hear the squeaks. That was REAL basketball! They didn't even have a scoreboard! They just played until everybody died.

No, it's not the only reason but it's a big one. The game has become more WWE than real basketball. Too much show and not enough solid basketball play. Everything is "travel-n-dunk" or just run-and-gun. The last time I enjoyed basketball was the Mark Price / Brad Daugherty / Larry Nance era. Teamwork. Not just a big star and a bunch of minions.

And it's not that the Cavs have sucked that turned me off. I'll go watch a team lose, if it's real basketball. This crap is just a bunch of rich ball hogs flopping on the ground, then shooting 40% from the line.

The blaring music is just a sharp stick in the ear trying to watch this "game".

Oh and yes, I really do love the squeaky shoes.
