(Fox 2 St. Louis)   Bad: A house catches on fire. Worse: Trapping a mother and her 2 daughters, one of which is in a wheelchair and can't go out the door because of the fire. Awesome: 2 neighbors come to the rescue and get everyone out safely   (fox2now.com) divider line 16

Smeggy Smurf: Farking amazing: The cops didn't tase anybody

How do you think the girl wound up in the wheelchair in the first place?

You mean people who are trapped by fire can't get out doors because of the fire? My goodness!

Followup: Neighbors arrested for interfering with public officials in the commission of their duty.

efgeise: The hero tag must be stuck in traffic.

Exactly, on the one time it wouldn't be misused here on Fark.

they put towels at the bottom of the door to Kaycee's room to keep smoke out.  That might have paid off because Kaycee's room was virtually untouched by the flames.

Did I inhale any of that smoke, or is anyone else as confused as me?

No cops around to shoot them before they could rescue the inhabitants?

And the men were even attractive and successful, going in and out a window..And not shot, tased, beaten,
arrested, or all of the above..

The guy I saw interviewed was a real hero..Anyone that runs INTO something on fire to save a person
or animal deserves the HERO tag..
