zvoidx: Drugs.

Would there be any other logical conclusion to having multiple 'mini-strokes' in a year?
The kid is prime example child star, Drugs just seems like the obvious point.

I used to know a guy who has some sort of undiagnosed vascular disorder.

1. He was once beaned in the temple by a single paintball. He had to be rushed to the ER with a massive blood clot. He almost died, and was in intensive care for days.
2. He broke his dick having sex.
3. He had to undergo minor (non-emergency) corrective surgery on one of his testicles for some sort of vascular issue. He woke up two days later in the ICU.

While all of those were things that happened to him while he was doing stuff, it's obvious he's got some sort of vascular disorder. Maybe Frankie Muniz has something like that.

He just needs to make it to the 6th, then he's safe.

Considering, i've never heard of drugs causing strokes, then yeah,,, i think its a pretty wak conclusion.

My mom has had these.. but she's in her late 60s. She just had her second cartoid artery stent operation.

Meh.  I had a TIA (a mini-stroke) 6 years ago.  Mid 30's is pretty young for it to happen and unlike a regular stroke it's near impossible to find where it started or what caused it.

I had every scan of my heart, brain, yada yada yada you can think of.

I ate like shiat and never exercised had high blood pressure and that was the best 'guess'

The 'information' says something like 90% of those that have a TIA go on to have a full stroke within the first year.

I didn't and altered my life dramatically because of it

There are plenty of other ways someone can have multiple mini strokes in a year. Unfortunately they all involve someone older than 60.

That poor kid is not long for this world if he is in that bad a shape at 27.

I read a different story where he claims to not drink, smoke or do drugs.  While he could certainly be lying.  Given the intense scrutiny young stars are put under.  I would expect that someone would have pictures of him behaving badly if he was really doing those things.

Gosh, what do you suppose could have happened that he didn't reply?

says noted toxicologist Dr. T.rex.

Spend a week in the ED in any Miami hospital.  You'll see plenty of cocaine-induced strokes.

I don't wish for his death, but it does benefit me. I happen to have picked Frankie Muniz in my death pool this year because of his first stroke.  It would likely make me 2013 champion of my death pool world, which makes up for my fantasy football team, which is injury city this year.

There are several causes of TIA. I had two a little over a year ago. The cause in my case, viral meningitis. Not fun. Got to spend 3 weeks in the neurology unit while they tested and tested and tested.

Considering what an arrogant, rude shiat he has been to non-celebrity people, I can't say I feel terrible about this.

Maybe stop doing drugs with your fortune, kid, and you'll live to see 30.

tbh, I like the kid, he's kept his nose relatively clean (A DUI possibly?) hopefully that's the craziest he went to and in fact he does have some sort of thing like this.

I have an appointment next week to find if something like a series of ministrokes are causing the headaches and memory loss. At least, I think I do. Pretty sure I wrote it down. Anyway, if its the same thing then more power to this guy. Hope he gets better!!!

That's pretty fortunate.  About a year and a half ago, my dad had a TIA and then died of a full stroke two days later.

I need to add him to my list of contendors in my rotten deadpool.  Thanks for the reminder, but with my luck it means he'll live a long, healthy life.  farking Zsa Zsa is still slithering on this earth despite her health scares.

Wow, I'm really sorry.  And that's very scary.  Yeah, I was lucky.  That's what every doctor keeps telling me.

We do a new draft 1st of every year.  Zsa Zsa has baeen the first pick the past 2 years, though it might be 3, I forget.  She just keeps hanging on.  Probably more machine now than man.
