Where's the harm here? If the UPS guy is happier going about his rounds, I'm all in favor of it. Sounds like sour grapes from the other drivers.It cuts into his algorithm-determined time to complete his route.

DrunkWithImpotence: I can think of a gazillion legal liabilities in terms of potential harassment suits alone if UPS allowed things like this. The short version is, no company will ever let you get away with farking anyone, customer, client, employee, supplier, ANYONE if you are on the clock on in uniform or in any way conducting official business.In this case it looks like both of em had a grand time, and a bit of a giggle. No harm, no foul. But in this day and age, rules get applied to everyone. Yes, I know, it does suck.
