I used to like playing DDR.  I used to be pretty decent.  Not insanely good, but able to hold my own.  One time I was having a great session at an arcade and a few people stopped and watched.  Once I finished, one woman came up to me and said "Wow, and you're not even Asian!"

Revmachine21: Okay, these investigators seem to be dumbasses.

A batshiat dude goes on a shooting spree and the investigators inventory the exact video games, pictures, newspaper clippings and birthday cards in the house, but not the weapons or how the weapons were being secured in the home?

Was there a gun safe? Were weapons scattered around willy nilly? If there was a safe, was it found open or closed? If opened, was it opened normally or cracked into?  These seem like more important questions to answer rather than what video games the dude played. It would be like finding out what sort of fuel receipts were in a car involved in hit and run accident.

Haven't you learned that here in America during these difficult incidents we have to be mindful of the guns' feelings?

What spree killers look like.

So spending months on a TV show is "the blink of an eye?"

Making a music video with original music, lyrics, and choreography takes 1/10th of a second?

How many years did Cruz spend getting to where he was?

/Click click BANG. Celebrity.

Well then if you want to continue with your dumb literal interpretation, anyone who planned their killing did not do so in the blink of an eye, as they had to buy, steal the gun, load the gun, transport themselves to the location of the shooting, etc..  Also you should probably learn what months are.

pyrotek85: TOSViolation: Did you ever think maybe that was on purpose?  Maybe he was sick of hearing all the nonsense on TV about violent video games causing kids to behave violently.  Maybe he decided he was going to add a seemingly innocuous game to the list of things crazed shooters liked doing.

Then again, maybe he started out perfectly sane, and DDR broke his mind.

If he just bought the game? Maybe. But he spent hours and hours playing it, up to 10 hours at a time. That's some dedication if he meant to use it as a diversion.

So it seems this kid wanted to beat Anders Behring Breivik in the kill count department.

Didn't it occur to him that the reason Breivik got close to triple digits was because he set off a massive distraction that pulled away half his country's police force, then went on a rampage on a secluded island where no one could escape and no one could come to help for hours, all while dressed as an officer of the law to get victims to let down their guard? In addition to stocking up on steroids and beta blockers?

The verdict is in: narcissistic personality disorder and sociopathy beats obsessive-compulsive disorder and autism hands down.
