(CNN)   Final report on Sandy Hook shooting issued. Unsurprisingly, the shooter was obsessed with mass shootings and video games; one video game in particular that he would spend 10 hours or more a day on. Guess which one   (cnn.com) divider line 317

Maybe he thought that fancy footwork would come in handy when on the run?

Still, so sad.

I know I shouldn't, but I LOLed.

What an odd game for a mass murderer of children to be obsessed over.

You know damn well it was Polybius.

Dammit, I did too.

I was expecting your typical Call of Duty or GTA, or maybe even Postal or old school Doom.

But DDR?! Was he also wearing a Woody Allen jacket?

HawgWild: Pacman?

If video games influenced kids. People that grew up in the 80's playing pacman would have spent the 90's in neon lit darken rooms, dancing around to techno music and munching on magic power pills........oh crap.

Dance Dance Revolution has almost pushed me over the edge on a few occasions. Seriously though, I think this makes a pretty good case for how ludicrous the "video games made him do it" argument can be. I'm more likely to buy throwing down an electronic-beat is making people psycho.

Short of a My Little Pony game, that really is the last game I would've possibly thought of.

I assumed it would be something ridiculous, but I did not see that one coming.

I used to like playing DDR.  I used to be pretty decent.  Not insanely good, but able to hold my own.  One time I was having a great session at an arcade and a few people stopped and watched.  Once I finished, one woman came up to me and said "Wow, and you're not even Asian!"

Minecraft? It's a killer. I just learned that from South Park, my sole source of information on what the kids are into when they are not on my lawn.

Well that worked out well.

Well. That young man certainly didn't look crazy.

The fact that his mom was a paranoid Tea-Party "prepper", who communicated with him exclusively via email for two years, even though they lived in the same house, probably didn't help his crazy very much.

Yeah, wouldn't keeping them out of the hands of your obviously batshiat insanecrotchfruit count as responsible?

That was going to be my joke answer, good thing I read the article first.

(Seriously, I was going to type "Dance Dance Revolution?" and then pat myself on the back having guessed the most absurd choice)
