Isitoveryet: shouldn't this have been tweeted rather than .... is a run of the mill deer hunt news worthy in Wisconsin?
catmandu: Isitoveryet: shouldn't this have been tweeted rather than .... is a run of the mill deer hunt news worthy in Wisconsin? It's proof that Walker is actually in the state, something that is a rarety these days.
smellysocksnshoes: Deer are like zucchini- you get em you have to farking eat em. Walker probably saw about 20 and made lame excuses as to why he didn't take the shot. Otherwise he has to eat venison sticks all friggin year. When I turned 30 I pulled a stunt my dad taught me- I quit taking rounds in the stand. Sure I pay for the tag, sure I stay up all night Plainfield cards and drinking beer, sure I check the trail cams, and yes I help whomever needs help tracking but I have even fired one round at a deer in years- just like the good governor./now pheasant is a different story
Churchill2004: Is it just me or is TFA headline unclear on whether or not "skunked" is being used a metaphor or literally? There's no mention of a skunk in the main text of the article.
UNAUTHORIZED FINGER: Still better than Tim Pawlenty, a few years ago. He wounded a deer, then left to go to a fundraiser. http://blogs.citypages.com/blotter/2009/11/gov_pawlenty_sh.php
