GO RAIDERS!?

I fully expect the NFL's response to this will be to require all fans not in luxury boxes to be lashed to our seats, only allowed up when going to purchase league-approved merchandise.

If I were a Raiders fan I'd probably want to jump to my death as well.

i was kinda hoping it wouldn't be it considering:

"He saved her life quite honestly, at his own expense," Nelson said. "This guy 100 percent saved her life. She'd be dead now."
Nelson said the woman was taken to the hospital in "very critical" condition. The man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries and is expected to survive, police said.

Raiders fan since the miracle season of 1970, and that was my thought as well.

Hey now, they aren't the same at all.

Buffalo = drunken, attention-seeking idiot.

Oakland = possibly drunk, probably suicidal, attention-seeking idiot.

OK, so they're pretty much the same.

That's messed up.  There's stuff you can say jokingly like "I hope your family dies of Africanized AIDS" and everyone just laughs but wishing for someone to become a Raiders fan is way beyond that line.  That is just a horrific thing to say.

Agreed. I'd rather have a sister in a whorehouse than a brother who's a Raider fan.

If I was living in Oakland, I would have jumped too.

Sheesh. Even Raiders fans choke on the big play.

FTFA: The man who was on the deck below saw her and repeatedly shouted, "don't do it," Nelson said.

But wouldn't you know, the girl's got a head like a buffalo. With a little red hair all over the top and breath that could make the traffic stop.

/sounds like the lady took a suicide chump

And for all current stadiums to be immediately torn down and rebuilt into single level bowls like the Rose Bowl.

A woman jumped from the third level deck of the Oakland Raiders' home stadium on Sunday, injuring herself and a man who pleaded with her not to jump and tried to catch her, authorities said.
=====================================

Well, I guess the catch technique worked if she didn't die.

She must be pretty dainty or he must be a giant.

I, for one, hope she bounces back.
