Is mentioning Obamacare in every thread required as part of Obamacare?

During the meeting it was revealed hundreds of trees were removed during the middle of the night without anyone noticing. The commission is still trying to figure out how that happened.

Clearly, the only explanation is ninja lumberjacks. Numberjacks, or Lumbjas. Or Ninjacks, if you prefer.

By the way, I am already pitching my film about a violent war between environmental activists and ninja lumberjacks to Tarantino, so no one try to say you thought of it first. But in a couple years when I Saw, I Conqueris released in theaters, remember that you heard it here first.

For a long time timber companies would cut down trees in state parks and, if caught, just pay the fines, which were always less than the profit they made on them. It was one of the things Julia Hill protested when she sat in a tree for two years. That might be the case here - profits exceed the fines.

There's something about flying a kite logging at night that's so unwholesome.

Yeah, I can't believe it didn't go MORE VIRAL that it did. IIRC it sorta went about DEFCON 2 viral.

The snow boarding kiddies that he rumbled.... they were in awe of him, giggling away.

And instead of being yer typical young punks, giving him some 'TUDE, I got the feeling they were very much: "Fair point, sir, won't happen again. By God, there are a lot of non-park hills around here where we could build some jumps and rails."

Read the article again:

Commissioners say Dave Bowen removed more than 330 trees from park and only 8-percent of that was authorized to be cut down. Investigators say he sold the lumber for more than $100,000.
(..)
Commissioners are asking Bowen and his company, Russell Trucking, to pay nearly $150,000 for trees sold from the park.
(..)
The Division of Forestry revoked Bowen's logging license over the summer.

Funny thing is I actually spend ALOT of time in the park (work very near there and fish alot there) and I have yet to see where they stole the logs from.  I know the ones they were supposed to take but they had to really have gone out of their way to get the rest. (I suspect it was along a new ROW that was cut and they figured they could expand the corridor without anyone noticing)

...and being WV...yes it is easy to not notice, seeing as how the state is one big forest n' all.

"Pro-Tip: If you're going to cut down and sell over 300 trees, don't do it in a state park. Someone will notice"

I'd say if it took 300 trees before somebody noticed, the state park was actually not a bad choice.
