This only reason this hybrid is any good is because it's part bichon. Bichons are awesome.

ikanreed: GRCooper: 10 pounds.

Not a dog.

And it doesn't bark, which makes it a cat.

Any dog under fifty pounds is a cat, and cats are useless.

Trying to post a pic, but photobucket is being a gay.

Anyway, get a real dog. I got my chocolate lab, Duncan, from a guy on craigslist that said he couldn't take care of him anymore. Got him at four months old. He was headed for the pound if someone didn't scoop him up. I think he spent very little time with him, as he was not trained at all, other than being house broken. Took him to some classes at the pet store for six weeks, and I ended up with a pretty awesome dog. A little goofy, but not dumb (other than when I pretend to throw something and he runs after it). He just turned two and is finally starting to calm down, but he will run for as long as I will let him when we go out. Awesome backpacking dog, too, other than his need to jump in the water I am trying to filter. He always digs out a little spot on the ground underneath my hammock when it is time for bed. Anyway, best dog ever. I'm sure your dogs are good or whatever, but they are inferior to mine.

price tag ranging from $2,000 to $3,500

Dafuq? Go to the pound. You could rescue like 40 dogs for that much money

I have a 140 lb red nose pit. He is the biggest ball of love you will ever meet. I always laugh when people are scared of him. Our cats kick his butt on a regular basis. With that said new dogs can be another issue. So long as the other dog is friendly there is no issue. They will be playing like puppies within a half hour. If the new dog tries to be aggressive out overly dominant it can cause.... issues. I've never seen him bite another dog but he will plow into them like a freaking battering ram.

I've got 2 dogs.

Male Akita, 160 lbs
Female Akita, 128 lbs.

THOSE are dogs. That thing is a snack.
