Didn't people(former employers/coworkers) indicate that he would have these same moods even before the event that made him a household name?

We're fixated on Rob Ford now. (I wonder what buffoonery awaits us today from his Blobness?)

I guess maybe murdering people will do that to you.

If only there were a lesson to be learned here.

The technical term is "decompensating." He's losing his shiat. It's actually kind of a good thing that he's locked up again, because he's going downhill fast and he likes guns.

And that dumbass he hooked up with had better enjoy her 15 minutes while it lasts, because she isn't getting much mileage out of this. Unless he kills her. And then everybody will forget her name in another 15 minutes.

He was calling the police to report "open garage doors" and "suspicious eight year olds" long before the shooting.  The dude ain't right.

Not to defend the guy, but on that point solely, he could be my elderly neighbor ;-)

As opposed to many FARKers, who are alone, depressed, and obsessed with George Zimmerman in the months after the acquittal.

/This dude needs to learn how to lay low and stop drawing attention to himself.

Obsessed? I mean, it's like watching a ticking bomb, or a viper preparing to strike -- we know someone's about to get hurt, we're just holding our breath.

And learn how to lay low? That assumes a lot, including that he is emotionally healthy and mentally stable enough to do so, even if he wanted to. That seems to be a pretty big assumption.

Felony assualt on a police officer being reduced to a lesser charge thanks to having daddy judge started the ball rolling. Dude was mentally unstable for years.

I still find it amazing that the prosecution saw nothing wrong with testimony that Martin was on top of Zimmerman, Zimmerman shot him in the chest, but no Martin blood on Zimmerman.

Blood now drips up, apparently.

"Daddy judge" always gets me. People actually think that his father, a magistrate in Virginia, had something to do with the charges of assaulting a police officer in FLORIDA.

2013-11-20 12:12:22 PM
I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, when it was his estranged wife calling the cops on him and there was no evidence that he was in the wrong. (He was unarmed when she claimed otherwise, etc).

But damn...he must really be a dick.

We don't know for certain whether he straight-up murdered a kid in cold blood, or if he manslaughtered a kid after disregarding 911 dispatchers and following him for doing nothing wrong. What we do know is that he's worth defending in order to stick it to the libs.

His father talked to the arresting officers and the District Attorney that night. They didn't take Zimmerman's clothes or keep his gun (standard investigative procedure).

I guess he just called to say hi, and they put him right through to the DA because that's what happens ALL THE TIME.

FTA When the media fervor surrounding him went away, she and her mother say Zimmerman spiraled into what she calls a very deep depression. She said doctors prescribed medication to help him with the bouts of sadness and despair he was feeling, but he got to a point where he stopped taking it.

Aww, he was sad that nobody was paying attention to him anymore.

If he had just waited until 2014, the local GOP would have put him up for a Congressional seat.

I was in the "Prosecutors have a shiat case and this is a farce" camp as the trial concluded. I don't think Zimmerman is any sort of hero or anything. I think a lot of people have been led to some very erroneous assumptions about the whole affair due to gross misstatements of legal concepts and a whole lot of Trayvon fan fiction version of the facts.

No, I feel vindicated. It turns out he's just as big of an egotistical and unbalanced twat as was obvious to everybody except the wanna-be "heroes" of suburbia who think that life is like a Charles Bronson movie.

They didn't keep his gun? Then why did Holder order the police department to not return it to him?
