But what I was going to point out was the only thing he is being charged with is evading the police.

So basically they were chasing him "just because".

Also know as EWB (Existing While Brown).

The city targets different sections for enforcement everyday, you can find out which section they are enforcing from the local newspaper.

Although the cops prefer to pull over large trucks, what cop could resist writing a speeding ticket to someone using a smart car?
