JFK: He had me on the floor and had his mouth over my asshole!
Elvis: A shiat eater?
JFK: I don't think so. He was after my soul. Now you can get that out of any major orifice of a person's body. I read about it.
Elvis: Oh, yeah? Where, man? Hustler?

Back before image rehosting sites with randomly generated URLs like Imgur and Fark's image server, one could often look at the URL to determine what seemingly culturally important images were. I feel so lost these days.

Your mummy's so fat, they removed her internal organs to make room for food.

I believe Firefox and chrome have extensions or they will natively allow you to right click on an image and give you the option of googling image which should give you an idea of the context of the picture.

BTW that picture is from a two episode arc of Dr. Who called "The Empty Child" & Doctor Dances"

You haven't realized that the cached Fark images have a "title" attribute that holds the actual source and should appear in a pop-up box when your mouse hovers over the image? For this case the text is

850x500 from http://0-media-cdn.foolz.us/ffuuka/board/tg/image/1355/23/135523794595 8.jpg

which doesn't give a clue about its content so you will need a reverse image search.

Which sounds funny, but quickly becomes unbelievably creepy. I still hear that phrase whenever I see a gas mask. And as a total funny aside, I've heard that joke (Are you my mummy? over someone in a gas mask) more than once in a fetish setting. hee!
