I knew it. The economy was never really recovering during his time. The healthcare bill will just make things worse with the personal and employer mandate.

2013-11-18 10:33:40 AM
Yes subby, it's all 0bamas fault. because the income disparity gap wasn't expanding at all prior to 2009.

Obviously more tax cuts for the rich are in order

Strange, I thought he was the wealth-redistributing lib'rullest lib'rul to ever lib'rul a lib'rul. How could he have gone wrong?

I see the tax cuts for the rich has already been covered.  Perhaps we should just offer more tax cuts for the rich.

so... obama is a wealthy elitist this week, subtard? i thought he was the commiest commie that ever commied.

so where do you stand on these.

• mumbling teleprompter addict or silver-tongued hypnotist?
• muslim or radical black christian or atheist?
• socialist or fascist?
• college transcript-hiding dullard or effete intellectual?
• bumbling empty suit or puppet master illuminatus?

i'm really curious. because he can't be all these things at once.

And what Reagan did during the 1980s had absolutely NOTHING to do with this.

/still waiting for the trickle-down effect to happen

Oh, I don't blame Obama for that.  Nope, I blame Congress for that.  No jobs bill, nothing done to fix the banking industry, nothing to done fix the student loan crisis...I get that the President can only do so much, hence why I blame Congress, who has much more power to fix things, than the president does.

2013-11-18 11:36:36 AM
So basically Obama's a Republican on this issue.

Got it.

GOP: Why won't Obama fix a problem we care nothing about!?

Opening line of TFA: The income gap in America has been widening for decades and the modest three-year recovery did little to change that, according to new Census data.

In other news, President Barack Obama has yet to fix the problem of water being wet.

Well, that settles it.  I'm not voting for him in 2016.

Wait I thought this was the Bush recovery?

The Recession was Obama's.

The Obama presidency has been very good for the wealthy. No denying that.

What did you guys think was happening to the wealth/income gap when you were trumpeting how great the stock market is doing under Obama.......

Own it libs.....

Unlike the Republican plan, which would have killed off the truly impoverished, thereby reducing the gap somewhat.

2013-11-18 12:44:22 PM
Obviously we need more tax cuts for the rich, and to get rid of more unions!

For real, based on those numbers the unemployment rate should be 50%, (since none of the women should be working). Government just makes up the rate to make Obama look better.

FTFA: The new data suggest that despite modest recoveries in many states, the middle class has been shrinking while households have been added in the lowest and highest income brackets.

Congratulations. You just proved trickle down economics is a lie.

Conservatives: "This thing we refuse to recognize as a problem is Obama's fault!!!"

Like All Republicans, subby is an inbred trailer-trash pederast worthwhile only for the minerals in his obese corpus which will slowly leach into the ground upon his eagerly-anticipated demise, thus replenishing the environment so that something useful may flourish.

Having said that, this headline is misleading and inaccurate.

So as a fark indy/right wing troll account, are you prepared to admit that Obama has NOT been waging a war on the nations rich and hasn't destroyed the upper classes by stealing all their money to give to jobless welfare mothers?

Thank god he refused to allow the Bush tax cuts for the rich to automatically expire on the first of this year as they were scheduled to do!

Instead he started bravely screaming about how letting them expire would be the FISCAL CLIFF!!1!!! right alongside the Republicans and then worked together with them to make those tax cuts permanent.

Right after he finished running a campaign where he talked up how awful it was that Billionaires paid less tax as a percentage than their secretaries.

I just can't imagine why the majority of Americans think he is untrustworthy and dishonest in the polls.

2013-11-18 12:49:24 PM
Just wait until John Boehner's jobs bill comes into play. Any day now...it's coming. Hold on. Here it is...and....NOW. Wait. Hold on. Just a sec.

Obama with a R after his name would actually make more sense. It is like he has been a plant the whole time, and the GOP has been in on it the whole time.

I'm sort of over excusing Obama for stuff like this. I voted for the guy and was very, very swept up in his election--actually both of them.

But it's also taught me even a black man raised by a farking single mother becomes a NeoCon when put into office. I'm not sure what the fark happens to these guys after they get elected--but they become everything I hate after they get elected. What farking blows my mind is how largely people on the left defend him when he acts like a neocon, and people on the right are suddenly angry and shocked by  the behavior.
