I think he should be charged with felonious assault for severely injuring that other spectator.
Wanton disregard for public safety.

I wouldn't expect a hefty payday from a guy sitting in the nosebleeds in Buffalo. Or any guy in Buffalo.

No mention of whether alcohol was involved.

Someone did something really stupid at a football game. Does it really need to be said?

We are talking about Buffalo.  The city where tradition is they drink shots out of a bowling ball, the city where tailgating starts the night before for RVs.  I'm surprised half the people can even stand.  Seriously bills games are a shiat show.

You haven't been to a Bills game I take it. The tailgating parties starts as soon as the gates open. The real die hards have started drinking before hand.

I think a lot of places are like that. In Chicago, the lots open at like 8am and the party starts. People get so hammered they have to be carried into the game. It's a big part of the reason I won't go see live sports anymore.

There's only one guy. He falls backward over the railing, holds on for a second, then drops onto the seats below. His path down, coupled with the two-dimensional TV perspective makes it look like someone else fell off the front of the section.

The Midwest is just insane in the amount they drink.  I remember we used to see a lot of Michigan State people on Spring Break.  The farking women were drinking us under the table.  I guess there's just nothing else to do or something.

I was at the Bears/Lions game last week. The best part was seeing a drunk-off-her-ass Snooki look-alike in a Lions hate fall flat on her face as she loudly attempted to talk shiat while she stumbled up the stairs (yes, she fell UP the stairs).

That said, yeah, we generally start tailgating at 8am. The McCormick Center lot opens at 630am, but that's just too early for me to be up on a Sunday. I enjoy tailgating, but some people really do get way too hammered. I like to catch a good buzz, but usually I'm pretty sobered up by the end of the game. I wouldn't survive Monday morning if I kept at it.

Sunday night games are always the worst when it comes to drunks.

Its like traffic accidents with drunks. The drunks usually get away with minor injuries after farking up their victims for life.

So.  Much.  THIS!

/Friend was hit and killed years ago by a drunk driver (severed her leg and she bled to death)
//Drunk driver got out of his car without a scratch after hitting another car and tried to get away
///Happened at 79th and Stony Island, if there are any South Side Chicagoans out there

You gotta be powerful stupid to get BANNED from an NFL stadium. Especially that one.

That doesn't actually look like what I would call a "hipster beard."  You can't make anything out of it, and the mustache isn't waxed.

Actually happens a lot at the Ralph.  They don't fark around with rowdy fans.  My family had a pair of seats and we were plagued by a typical drunken asshat that sat behind us.  One year he decided to punch the guy next to him and he was outta there.  The person who replaced him (one of his family members, I believe) was a lot easier to get along with and confirmed his banning.

I was also at a game where a woman decide to flash the box seats and was also perma-banned, thank God.

CSB:
I've only attended one game at Ralph Wilson, and it was my first time peeing in broad daylight right in front of families of fans heading towards the game.  There were literally 4 port-a-potties in my tailgating section of hundreds of people.  Anything resembling cover (the 1 bush in the area, other people's cars, etc) got blasted with piss.  Lots of people giving up on cover altogether and just letting 'er fly.
I don't remember much of the game, but I do remember having a hang over before halftime, and I remember my friend having to drive around a bonfire in the middle of the road to get out.  People stayed to drink long after the game was done.  Good times!
