Is that worse than a Dutch Rudder?

Pretty much every word in existence has an alternative urban dictionary definition. This one is not even close to the "what were they thinking" level.

// They knew what a "hot Richard" was?

Mister_poopy_pants: Is that worse than a Dutch Rudder?

Worse or better depends on whether you are the linkage or the keelboard when it comes to a Dutch Rudder.

I immediately thought "beer growler," what with Kalamazoo and all.

When I think of "growlers," I think of large jugs of beer used for take-out at bars/restaurants that brew their own beer.

Either I'm not enough of an alcoholic or not old enough. I've never heard of "growler" in relation to booze.

First this, then I thought of the Top Gear episode where they make fun of a car called the "Growler," to wit: "lady's carpet"

You'd be more likely to get jugs of beer than anything else.

This and that.

/first heard "growler" in reference to Thirsty Dog and thought they were the originators of the term

I learned a new pet name for genitalia today. I've only ever heard "growler" in reference to the beer jugs or the kind of gassy, messy dump one takes after the chilli cook off.

No, because it's part of the definition in urban dictionary.

That would have been better.
/Can't get any more Oberon until spring.

Agreed. Oberon is not to be missed. Also, when I think growlers, I think beer.

Now I'm thirsty.
