Maxwell is the only good thing about the Sentinel.  Or as many here call it, the Slantinel.

Hi guys, I ran a company that fraudulently billed Medicare agreeing to plead guilty to 14 felony counts and in total over $2 Billion in lawsuits.  So I quit, took $10 million pension plus $350 million in stock and never spent a single day in a jail cell.  Mind if I become Governor?

Florida:  Yeah sure why not.

Yeah, with all due respect to Scott Maxwell, this guy is barely notable by just Osceola's standards.

I've never heard it called that in my 29 years of living here, but I do agree completely that Maxwell is farking awesome at what he does. I don't always agree with him but the man makes excellent points. The Sentinel is worth subscribing to just for his articles.

I just finished watching the Metalpocalypse episode where Nathan Explosion became governor so I'm enjoying this column more than I should.

Really? I'm going to have to say this is a world wide problem. And I'm not sure if Florida really is in the lead on this one.

That's like the tip of the iceberg of what this motherfarker's guilty of. And he'll get re-elected too.
