I love these guys. They're my favorite car chases. Why steal a car when you can steal some huge, utterly impractical thing that you have absolutely NO chance of escape in?

Some of these things, like those mounted on a regular truck frame, can go up to highway speeds and don't always have their brushes spinning.

/I know way too much about them. My brother-in-law owns a street sweeping company and it's his only conversation topic.
