Interestingly, the article doesn't say how many attended.  They mentioned about 30 spectators, 20 cops, and 60 or so at a counter-demonstration.  But nothing about how many KlanTards.  I had to click trough to the Daily Fail to get that there were about a dozen.

A dozen.  Fewer Klan than cops.  Spectators outnumbered them 2.5 to 1, and counter-demonstrators 5 to 1.
Is there anyone who thinks this organization is still relevant?  They're not.   Honestly, no one needs to join the Klan to spew their racist bile.  Nowadays, they can do that in the Republican Party.  Hell - from a Congressional podium, even.

I would like local press people to mess up/misspell their name in articles intentionally, lest they get so angry that they just go away. "Alabama chapter of the Blu Truck Ramps gathered today...", or "Local Sarasota band Ku Clutch Dance caused a minor disturbance when band members apparently forgot their instruments, and spewed hatred instead of their patriotic country pop music on the courthouse steps this morning." Could be fun

When I was in the 10th grade at Overlea (it's in Rosedale, Md) one of my classmates gave me an invite to their 'Hidden Empire'. It was a piece of notebook paper with a crummy drawing on it and even if I were to lean in that direction I still would've found it pathetic. I'm glad they've found newer ways to show how pathetic they are. To me, the Klan represents southern jock-sniffers and having a strong anti-southern culture bias myself I just had to laugh after I got that invite.
