I love TPIR, because there's nothing more fun than watching the rubes react to winning something big. And I used to love Barker's showmanship. A couple years BB was interviewed on his state of affairs and he commented on the state of the show itself. He said something like, "I used to try to make it fun and interesting. Drew just plays the games." That's about as spot on a criticism of the Carey version of the show as I've seen. It'll be nice to have Bob back, even if only for a single show. I might have to find an excuse to watch.
