Oh you've gotta be shiating me.

2013-11-07 11:54:18 PM
Hmmmmmmm...y'know, if y'all played with half the give-a-fark on those two earlier turnovers, you might be in a decent position right here.

"Down will be one."

Oooh, fancy.

2013-11-07 11:55:09 PM
Yahoo! gave them two TD's on the block, had the score 26-19. got me really excited for a second, until i reopened the stream.

2013-11-07 11:55:50 PM

mikeray: Auburn was a very good team that year it wasn't just Cam, they also had a very good offensive and defensive line.

Thanks for quoting me and agreeing with what I said sarcastically. In the interest of trying to slam Oregon, he went out of his way to claim Auburn wasn't very good. Because mediocre teams regularly run the table in the SEC, apparently.

Down to the Stanford 25...

Nice stand. Eating up clock.

2013-11-07 11:58:15 PM
Does Oregon switch to the butter-coated ball when they get to the 5-yard-line?

2013-11-07 11:58:42 PM
4th and goal, Oregon

2013-11-07 11:58:52 PM

IAmRight: Does Oregon switch to the butter-coated ball when they get to the 5-yard-line?

Looks like it.

robsul82: Down to the Stanford 2...

Damnit, my stream is behind. Damn you WatchESPN!

2013-11-07 11:59:27 PM
Does Mariota have notably small hands? Because that ball is coming out really easily compared to most QBs.

2013-11-07 11:59:55 PM
TD Oregon!

2013-11-08 12:00:14 AM
Well this has turned exciting.

2013-11-08 12:00:24 AM
Nice toss.

robsul82: 4th and goal, Oregon

touchdown f*cks!

2013-11-08 12:00:32 AM
And there's another TD.

Stanford did well to cause them to wait to 4th down, though, now there's no chance of getting the ball back with time if Stanford recovers.

2013-11-08 12:01:19 AM
Onside kick coming up

2013-11-08 12:02:10 AM
Nice snatch.

2013-11-08 12:02:11 AM
I told people in the other thread not to call this game because of Oregons ability to score fast and the tendency teams have to let their foot off the gas and try to coast to a win when they have a big lead.

2013-11-08 12:02:12 AM
it was fun while it lasted

2013-11-08 12:02:16 AM
Stanford got it, damn.

GTP
2013-11-08 12:02:24 AM
And that's the game.

It was still over. Stanford can't turn it over THAT much.

2013-11-08 12:03:38 AM

HeathenHealer: Nice snatch.

That's what HE said

2013-11-08 12:04:17 AM

Crazier things have happened, just look at the Heidi game

2013-11-08 12:06:04 AM
Alright FSU, all you need to do is not fark this up and we'll actually have an entertaining NC game.

2013-11-08 12:06:24 AM
Well for the second year in a row it looks like Oregon blew its chance to get trucked by Alabama in the NC game.

2013-11-08 12:07:29 AM
Welcome to nice-enough bowlville Oregon. No NatChamp, maybe not even rose bowl

2013-11-08 12:10:09 AM
Well, Stanford just cost the conference $14 million or so. Good job with the upset, guys!

/of course, that's pocket change for them
//nice to have that alumni base giving you money

2013-11-08 12:10:36 AM

mikeray: IAmRight: hughesrep: I know, two turnovers is a LOT. Without those they may have even scored. You must know a bunch.

When you only have six possessions, yes, two turnovers IS a lot. You don't consider turning the ball over 1/3 of the time to be a lot of turnovers?

steamingpile: auburn wasnt that good of a team when an average Oregon lost in the NC

Yeah, dude, the national champion that ran roughshod over the SEC and featured a Heisman winner at QB wasn't a very good team. It really is impossible to be as ridiculous as you.

Auburn was a very good team that year it wasn't just Cam, they also had a very good offensive and defensive line.

That team should have lost two of its last regular season games, if not for cheap shots by fairly they would have lost. Dont rewrite history like they were some dominant team that year, they came close to losing 3 times that year.

But then he will rewrite this game to scream OU only lost by 6, it was a close game!!!!! But reality is that it should have been a blowout without a couple miscues by Stanford when they had executed perfectly the entire game.

I certainly hope so. It also looks like Mariota just lost the Heisman as well. Tough night to be an Oregon fan but man my Noles are in good shape now.

2013-11-08 12:13:48 AM
So who has a video of that Shaw interview?  Some intern is pretty proud of himself for dropping the audio at the right time.

2013-11-08 12:14:38 AM
Now I'm hoping for an Alabama win...

I think the Buckeyes can beat Stanford.

What? A blowout win for bama again? Thats not entertaining to anyone.

I'm a fan of both Oregon and FSU. Have been fretting for the last few weeks about which faces Alabama.  Hell, I was going to root for LSU (Learn to spell, you dog-farkers!) this weekend just because I had absolutely no desire to see Oregon and FSU face each other in the NC.  Guess that doesn't matter anymore

So if that's the case then every SEC team should have just laid down for Alabama this year. Idiotic statement there especially Considering the fact that Stanford just put themselves in position for getting trucked by Alabama in the NC game.

2013-11-08 12:23:12 AM
I thoroughly enjoy watching the annual exposure of the PAC-12 as pretenders.

Since just before the UCLA game.

Tough night. Super frustrating. But Stanford has been the most hospitable away stadium I've ever been to. The people in the stands were really great minus the few bad apple exceptions everybody has.

Oh, I don't know about that.

I think its the bcs having its last great troll face moment to put an ACC team in the final title game and have them end the SEC's streak after a dozen years of ACC irrelevance
