erratick: "shot clock" for batters and pitchers (softball allready has this, moves the game along quickly)
technology for calling balls and strikes as opposed to an umpire
standardize field size and shape

Yuck.  Good look trying to get any movement on your slider throwing one of those things.  I foresee a whole lot of hanging breaking balls in the 2015 tourney.
