Get ready for a change of ownership in Miami. The more information comes out about this story, the more it is looking like the Dolphins fostered hostile culture in the workplace from the very top down through the ranks. Can't imagine the NFL letting the current ownership keep the team if more news like this keeps coming out.

Ireland should start his own MMA promotion if he wants to watch huge, meaty, sweaty guys punch each other with their shirts off.

And this team is STILL anywhere from 1-3 point favorites in Tampa Monday night. I'm just saying...

- Miami was a mediocre team to begin with, and has been through Total Drama Orange Bowl the past week, answering all kinds of questions about who they support, have they ever bullied or been bullied, who said what about whom, etc etc.
- The Bucs are terrible and Schiano a dead man walking, but Glennon might be a decent QB. This week and ATL next might be their last, best chances at getting a win this season, and remember...of all the bad teams in NFL history, only one of them has been able to run the table. Eventually, almost every team stumbles and wins a game.

I'm not saying this is a "pay your mortgage" opportunity or anything, but if you're just picking Miami without thinking about it, watch out.

Most places seem to still be around 2-3 for the Dolphins, but then again, if this whole story wasn't a think they might be like 5 or 6 point favorites. I think it's definitely been a factor.

Wow.  This story gets weirder every day, and will likely continue to do so.

But good God, even if all that WARRIOR CODE BS is true, you still don't instruct one of your employees to punch another employee.

Stories like this are starting to make me think Martin just wasn't cut out mentally to be an NFL player.

That being said, Richie Incognito seems to be an asshole who should have known when to quit. I don't think he needed to be suspended though because nobody in the team leadership told him to stop (and possibly put him up to it in the first place). He's being scapegoated.

It would have to be one of those Tuff Man traveling backyard brawl type promotions. The UFC wouldn't put up with shiat like this and I doubt most other MMA promotions would either. Hell I doubt the WWE would even.

The three Florida NFL teams are certainly in a race to the bottom.

The Jaguars attempting to go 0-16 while racking up the largest losing point spread since they kept track of records.

The Bucs attempting to go 0-16 with the worst coach in football putting the team on cruise control until his dismissal.

After starting 3-0, Miami was a dark horse to win the worst team in Florida award.  Little did we know they had an ace-in-the-hole ... a team-wide performance art re-imagining of A Few Good Men.

The Bucs and Dolphins now get to compete for our boos on Monday night!  ESPN's MNF crew is wetting themselves at all the controversy they can hype, because no one is going to tune in to watch the actual game.

He must have been cut out mentally to be a starter. But what about that makes you think he wasn't cut ouy mentally? Was it because the guy said that he didn't want to be part of the group? The guy who wrote that even says that Incognito doesn't know when to stop and went over the line. So Martin wasn't cut out to play football."

This guy Martin is such a little biatch. I bet he wears his jock-strap in the shower so none of the other players can see his swollen, bleeding mangina. Come on Martin, I've seen soccer players and horse jockeys with more gumption.

I bet Martin sings Lady Gaga songs while making souffles.

I'm watching Goddell on this one. He's setting up a third-party independent investigation with no timetable to finish.

I'm not sure if he wants something thorough or he's punting this.

I hope Martin takes this to Florida's EEOC. Then that will force Goodell to do something.

What I mean was he wasn't cut out to be part of a team. He didn't hang out with the other guys. He didn't take part in group activities. He wouldn't even look his teammates in the eye. It's possible he's an extreme introvert. I can sympathize with that. but it makes it hard to be part of a team when the rest of the team doesn't know how to communicate with you.

On the other hand, Stanford, as in the university, is standing up for the guy. He was part of their good teams.  Kept Luck from getting killed.  He might be an introvert but you don't Code Red a guy because of that.  And the racial slur, not the worst of it, is clearly a line crossed.  You can't do that.  It just makes all the rest look more likely.

So that means that he deserved to be singled out for increased scrutiny by the rest of the team? Let me let you in on a little secret, professional team sports have been littered with guys who were introverted and kept to themselves throughout its history. There are plenty interviews with football, baseball, hockey, basketball players were they talk about teammates who were introverted, didn't hang out with the team and might just say a few words in the locker room, but they went out and did their job. So don't come with that shiat that it's a team sport and he was introverted so he didn't fit in. It seems Incognito is one of those people I could never understand, the people that see's a person whom likes to keep to themselves and decides, "I going to fark with this dude until he joins the group". And it seems a lot of people on Fark thinks that it is acceptable to pick on somebody because they won't "join the team". Hell if the person does their job and doesn't cause any problems, more power to them.

He was bottom ten in offensive linemen stats on PFF and riding the pine. After this year his rookie salary was done. This was his last year in the NFL no matter what. Maybe he wanted a payday.
