No.

Exactly. A well-placed pellet from a high powered air gun should do the trick on rats. Not dogs, though.

I don't think they exist.

Mutant rats?  Is that American for chavs?

More likely just cheaply made rat poison. Most rat poisons are made with a type of blood thinner, if not strong enough it just makes them thirsty and they don't die.

At least they don't come from Australia.

Grab a .410 shotgun and go on a rat hunt. I doubt the rodents are high speed lead proof.

Oh wait, this is in the UK. I guess golf clubs will have to do.

You would think their capes would snag on sharp objects.

Or swords.

Time to use blood thickener in rat poison.

I thought this was yet another anti-Roma story.

Somebody call Carl Spackler. He's licensed to kill varmints by the government of the United Nations.

To kill, you must know your enemy, and in this case my enemy is a varmint. And a varmint will never quit - ever. They're like the Viet Cong - Varmint Cong. So you have to fall back on superior intelligence and superior firepower. And that's all she wrote.

That mangy farker was the poster child for myxomatosis, gave me nightmares. Still does as it goes - I got a letter from Ireland the other day and the stamp has a manky looking hare on it, brought a lot of suppressed memories flooding back.

They should go back to good old fashioned coumarin.  It is an extremely powerful anticoagulant, and as such is very deadly.  It was used in the 1940 as rat poison, and I don't know if it is even possible to develop a resistance to it.

It is mostly used these days very, very judiciously, as an anticoagulant drug in people prone to blood clots.  They have to be given blood tests at frequent intervals to make sure they don't have too much or too little.  As such it is called Warfarin or Coumadin (with a "d" instead of an "r".)

How do we know they're evil? They could be Teenage Ninja Mutant Rats.

Not all rats are evil. At least not until they come into my personal space.
