How sad. I hope they both get a felony.

We need a [Hipster Douchebag] tag.

The carving reads "Cole + Shpresa 10/10/2013"

What the fark is a Shpresa?!

2013-11-05 06:44:51 PM
I say we posthumously convict Clark.

All things pass in time.

For temporary creatures made of the dust of exploded stars, we sure do fail to embrace change.

With love and forgiveness in our hearts, let's forgive this man. Forgiveness will of course take the form of a pillory and a firm buttock paddling as well as a "scared straight" style community service at local schools about respecting historical landmarks regardless of the futility of this against universal entropy, but still it is forgiveness.

FTFA:The penalty could range up to a felony offense

Yes, please.

Is there, perhaps, some sort of flyer or pamphlet that you might periodically compile that holds your thoughts that you might send to me on a regular schedule?

Carving your name anywhere is stupid, anyway.

Death penalty, both of them.

I do not believe that violence solves anything, but in this case I am willing to make an exception. I would not object to this asshole receiving a good and thorough beating, and that's just for that photo.

From the wiki "hundreds of other people have carved their initials into the rock, including early pioneers to the area."

This is the rock:

I hope the penalty is having "Lewis and Clark" carved into his face with an angle grinder.

Why do both of them look like they're clenching their asses?  I think they've got drugs up their bums.  They need to get some xrays and enemas and a spare colonoscopy or three.  And then change the name of their band to Xrays and Enemas.

Well, he succeeded in getting his name, the name of his duo, and samples of his music out there.

Next year, Kayne will be presenting him with the 'best new artist' award at the MTV awards.

Cut their tongues and gouge their eyes out. Then permanently install earbuds in their skulls and force them to listen to their abomination of music until they die. Obamacare will provide them the health aides to wipe their asses and make sure they don't starve.
/I like Americana and "roots" type music and thought I'd heard slme self important douche nozzles with guitars before, but this is a wholly different level of suck.

Agreed for the most part, mainly because it causes too many people to lose their jobs and become unemployable, but these two are already unemployable, make them do a lot of community service.

It's better than a retaliatory carving of their names into their flesh which I'm sure plenty of people here would think is a just punishment.

I just spent the last several minutes listening to that and a few other songs...they're actually pretty good, compared to most of the crap that passes for popular music these days. I couldn't help noting this prophetic comment about this cute little ditty: "One day you two will become famous :') you're great!"

I guess they are kinda sorta famous now...probably not in the way they had hoped. Perhaps this was really just a desperate attempt at AWing. In any case, they deserve lotsa ridicule for what they did.
