This would actually work better if they use American cruise ships like Carnival.

With Norwegian Cruise Lines, the show would be pretty boring.  The ships safely sails on the ocean uneventfully.
With Carnival, the ship loses power in the middle of the ocean, crashes into something and then sinks.  There is calamity and misfortune.

It'll be on NetFlix in the US next month in December .

i spent the summer looking at trains. All day long, across from where I was living. Long trains, short trains, trains with different things on them, things you could try to guess what they were. I counted 171 cars on one train.

it was relaxing.

I LOVE the fireplace channel. Our TV is above a gas fireplace so I put it on, lie on the couch and watch fire in stereo!

I drove through Grand Teton and Yellowstone park with my daughter last summer. It was an awesome experience. A good friend lent me his gopro for the trip and we slapped it on the windshield. We got great footage. Wow does it get boring fast.

Dusk-You-n-Me: I'd rather import their nationalization of oil companies.

Not only that, they took all their oil money and invested it wisely, and they are the richest country on Earth.

The next time somebody cries *Socialism!*, point out Norway.

Hey, there was a show about Canadians (Nova Scotia?) who, as their line of work, went out and shot (yes shot, with rifles) chunks of ice off glaciers and towed them back to port and sold them to a bottled water company....people will watch anything.

People are SO BORED. I'm going to start a service that matches friendly, outgoing people with the bored and listless. Lets just go for a walk and talk, what do you say? You can even talk about your 12 hour knitting TV show, but let's do it together, like humans. It shouldn't hurt, but I can't make any guarantees.

I think we had that (or something very similar) on the TWC 'public access' channel here. It was just a video of a train going by.  That's it.

It was really popular too.  25% of the population of the entire country tuned in at some point, which is amazing.
