Yeah, it was hard to follow.

Basically, a cabal of Connecticut Republicans and "centrist" Democrats, with the aid of Michael Bloomberg and Michelle Rhee, want to continue on the road to privatized education, but the citizens of Bridgeport aren't having it.

They formed a Working Families Party and, after today, may have enough votes on the school board to oust Paul Vallas, the guy charged with "reforming" their school district.

I just want to say that Paul Vallas shouldn't be allowed anywhere near anything school related.

Reminds me of the Heritage Fdn and its new leader Jim DeMint and his attack on the health care plan they designed.
