Would the window provide a clear line of sight to the master bedroom of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's Kensington home?  The property plus a high-definition video camera with a very powerful zoom lens, and I could see how this might make a good investment.

They generally go in the $1 million region. Some really bad ones you might get a couple hundred thousand cheaper, but you'll end up putting far more than you save into them. The good flats tend to go for half a million more.

A toilet located near Kensington Palace, the home of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge

When they say toilet. They're on about the size of the room?

Or does it actually have a toilet?
