New rule for writing an article: Each sentence can be its own paragraph.
Bonus rule: It doesn't need to make any sense.

Tatum seems like a down-to-earth guy, like he thinks that he could fark up and be broke again at any minute.  I like people who don't take themselves seriously.

The pals decided to take on the challenge to raise money for two charities, and so far have racked up more than £12,000.

Where are these guys finding all this English money in the US??

Same here. Was thinking the penises the surgeons gave them must have been pretty impressive.

Not like it's a newspaper article from England or anything... The first rule of news reporting on events taking place in other countries: NEVER convert currency into local references, it only makes the story easier for locals to understand.

But disaster struck when Kieran broke two of his toes, 1,200 miles into the journey in July.

This is what I really want to know. How the hell did this guy break 2 toes on a walking expedition? Talk about some shiatty luck...

As for Tatum, I can see someone like that being a little jealous. Can you imagine someone like that trying to do something like this and having a roving pack of ravenous Cougars constantly surrounding him? There's no way a celeb could pull this off, no anonymity at all... I'm glad these guys were able to do this though, good for them.

He made a fan of me after 21 Jump St.  He was hilarious.

A lot of people got various random injuries like that during Basic Training, and that was on much shorter excursions. All it takes is stepping wrong on a loose stone or tripping on something. Feet are actually pretty fragile...

Well I got one on two separate occasions, both walking through a doorway with the door opened just enough that I drove a foot into it. Hurt like a batch, but pain subsided, so I moved on. The next one was bad... To this day, the toe still makes a 25°turn to the right. Talked to my roomie who was going to school for sports med and he told me to just tough it out, which wasn't great advice for a waiter....

But two at the same time? Like I said, that's some nasty luck.
