Haynesworth is totally unlikable, but he's also right about this.
Unfortunately the message will be lost because of the messenger.

In an epic smackdown between two colossal arseholes, everyone loses.

In a game of losers, there are no winners.

Is it 2010 again?

I think the key issue here was Washington's continued policy to give lucrative contracts to cast-off players, and Fat Albert was more cast-offable than the others. More than Jeff George.

I don't know about that.   If there was something to be said about Shenanigans Cooley would have already said it.  He really got shiat on by this coaching staff.  No his injury didn't help, but he was a fan favorite who put up solid numbers and was a good blocker even after the injury.   He just can't get down field like Kyle wanted, so he stopped using him and then eventually cut him.

Cooley at least worked hard and took any role in stride, Haynesworth became a big baby as soon as he found out about the change to the 3-4.  This is more that he thinks his career was ruined because the system worked against him instead of him turning into a lazy sack of shiat because he didn't get his way.   The Pats didn't cut him because he was the picture of health and had a great work ethic.

It's impressive how much Shanahan sounds like a smug asshole even when pointing out something everyone already knows.

All I can say is that I approve of what Dan Snyder's done with the team.

It boggles the mind to see how people so dumb can get so rich.

Shanahan is totally unlikeable, but he's right about Haynesworth.  He was lazy and he had no passion.

Why can forget this?

Haynesworth is totally unlikable, but Shanahan's been blasted by former players fairly frequently. They can't all be lazy, Mike. And you're not nearly as brilliant when you don't have a HoFer at every backfield position.

If Shanahan was really smart, he wouldn't be working for Dan Snyder.

See, there's no way Haynesworth would be allowed to go "hey, scratch that, let's start over" if he said something dumb to the press.

I love the reaction of that Eagles lineman.  It's like he's thinking, "Should I keep blocking him?  What the hell is he doing?"

As a Raven's fan, I've always enjoyed looking down at the road at the colossal pile of failure that is the Washington Dan Snyders.

Lobster.  I get it.  It's funny because he has redskin.

Get out of my head!  I was thinking the same thing.

The phrase came from Fred Smoot and was repeated by Haynesworth recently.
