Except it isn't. We, the TF master race, just had this conversation yesterday in TFD. The west coast gets the Fark shaft in the afternoon. Then the weird freaks with no friends or families start posting in the evening.

What a farking lame article. My mornings starts at noon.

It's because up to this point in the day my only interaction is with people under the age of 5 and bie requests, fart jokes, and technology gab that I don't even understand is better than one farking more round of duck duck goose.

And it's nap time. Sweet, blessed, drug-induced nap time.

I'm on the west coast and most of my higher ups and peers are on the east coast, so my afternoons start at noon eastern.

Sure there is always activity.  But I wonder if it does go through a peak in the afternoon.

I know I'm most active first thing in the morning getting caught up on the nights links, then peter off as the rest of the day passes, for example.

Siestas for world peace!

Stupid article meant only for the cubicle twerps and office slaves.

I make my own schedule. I sometimes don't feel like starting until 2:00 PM, and so I don't. I have that freedom. And I love my job, so I don't turn into a jerk. Maybe it's because I don't have a boss hovering over me all day, or peers gossiping about their love lives, shiatty TV shows, and sporting events when I'm trying to work, or maybe it's because I'm just a nice guy and have almost total control over how my work day is planned out. Either way, the article seems to be for a specific audience of folks who work in shark tanks, not those of us who work out in the real world.

odd that the morning session ran for 4 hours and the evening session ran for 6.

Also, I get my stuff done in the morning and then the afternoon I have fark all to do except put out random fires that occur and sit in my office in case my boss calls.  I can't wait for our interpretation of work to shift...you have 4 hours of work to do but you must remain on site for 8 hours because..fark you, that's why.

You should have left for work 10 minutes ago!  Now you only have 16 minutes to get there...

From how they describe the study design, it seems like people were able to choose am or pm on their own. Seems like a methodology fail. Randomly assigning the session would've been better if that was really what they wanted to evaluate.

I strive to be just as much of a scumbag in the morning as I am late at night. There's something to be said for consistency.

Too lazy to read the whole article.  Going to go express my feelings in GTA Online.

Flawed study. No repercussions from lying in order to make more money from it.

DNRTFA: is it cuz west coasters are lazy time wasters and east coasters have perfectly formed genitalia?

So a giant ad for laineygossip.com? whatever that is.

Yeah, there's another huge whole in their design.

Unemployed man-children don't usually wake up before noon, so it would only make sense that FARK was busier in the afternoon.

FARK is busier in the afternoon  because of all the NSFW bookmarks people checkout when they get home.

I'll bet productivity in the workplace would go waaaay up if we started doing siestas in North America. For about 30 minutes after my lunch, I might as well be napping instead of trying to pretend I'm alert.

I've rubbed away the morning wood by 2, then I open 15 tabs and watch for space or 3D printing stories.

it's apparently always afternoon somewhere
